One of the many things I love about Heather is her amazing culinary skills. She's as chic as Ina Garten, charismatic as Paula Dean (without all of the fattening butter), and my own personal iron chef. Last night she treated me to a "Night in Spain" with a great dinner of:
Wonderfully refreshing and velvety Gazpacho. Heather informed me she had been craving gazpacho for weeks now. Well, I was the lucky recipient of her cravings.
Heather also made a great Spanish Tortilla. It made me remember the great tortillas I had in Argentina. Heather's was much better than the tortillas I have tried to make.
Thanks to Heather for being such a great cook without being as obnoxious and grating as Rachel Ray.
